If the help centre didn't answer your question, we'd love to hear from you.
We typically respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, Pacific time). Weekend replies may be slower, but we read every message.
What to include
The more detail you include, the faster we can help. Please send:
- A clear description of the issue. What happened? What did you expect instead?
- Your phone model. "iPhone 15 Pro", "Samsung Galaxy S24", and so on.
- Your operating system version. Settings > General > About (iPhone) or Settings > About phone (Android).
- Your DoseAlert version. Settings > About, at the bottom of the Settings screen.
- Screenshots if possible — they often make things instantly clear.
- Steps to reproduce — what did you tap, in what order, before the problem happened?
Privacy reminder
Don't send us your medication list or dose history. We don't need it to help, and it's your private information. Your description of the problem and the device details are enough for almost every issue.
For refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us directly.

- Google: Play Store > Account > Purchase history > DoseAlert > Request a refund
If the reason for the refund is a bug or unhappiness with a specific feature, please also let us know — we want to know.
Feature requests
Got an idea for a feature? We love hearing them. Send the idea with a quick description of the problem it would solve. We prioritise features that help the most people.
Security reports
If you've found a security issue, email support@moosemediafsj.ca with "Security" in the subject. Don't disclose it publicly before we've had a chance to investigate.
