Trial, purchase, and refunds

DoseAlert is free to try for 7 days, then a one-time $9.99 unlock. No subscription, no tiers, no ads.

The 7-day free trial

When you first install DoseAlert, you get 7 days of full access to every feature, with no credit card required. The trial starts the first time you open the app.

During the trial you can:

• Add unlimited medications
• Use every schedule type, including tapers and cycles
• Scan prescription labels
• Pair with a caregiver
• Track multiple family members
• Export reports for your doctor

Your trial counter is shown on the Today view. When it hits zero, the app keeps your data but asks you to unlock before letting you log new doses.

The one-time purchase

DoseAlert is a one-time $9.99 purchase. You pay once and keep every feature for life, on every device you sign into with the same App Store or Google Play account.

There is:

• No subscription
• No recurring charge
• No tier system
• No locked-behind-paywall features

To unlock during the trial, tap Settings > Unlock DoseAlert or follow the prompt on the Today screen when the trial is about to end.

Restore a purchase on a new phone

If you previously paid for DoseAlert and now install it on a new phone — or reinstall after deleting — tap Settings > Restore purchases. The App Store or Play Store will confirm the purchase and unlock DoseAlert at no cost.

Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase. See Restore purchases if it is not working.

Promo codes

If you received a promo code, open Settings > Redeem a code and enter it. Promo codes unlock the app at no cost. Each code can be redeemed once.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by DoseAlert directly. We never see your payment details, so we cannot issue a refund on our end.

• iPhone: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for DoseAlert.
• Android: open Google Play, go to Account > Purchase history, tap DoseAlert, and tap Request a refund.

If you had a real problem with the app that made you unhappy, we want to know even if Apple or Google handles the refund. Email support@moosemediafsj.ca.

Family Sharing

On iPhone, the DoseAlert purchase works with Family Sharing. Once you buy it, other members of your Family Sharing group can install and use DoseAlert at no cost to them. On Android, a similar "family library" feature works the same way.
